How/When do Reggie & Drō products ship?

We only ship within the U.S.

All packages are shipped out via USPS within 48 hours after payment is processed. Reggie & Drō operates past normal business hours, 9 am-9 pm PST Monday-Friday Texas Time (Central). Our purchase policy allows 2-4 days for fulfillment to accommodate processing times during periods of higher volume. Please note that if you order on a Friday, the order will not ship until the following Monday or Tuesday. For faster shipping, we recommend ordering at the beginning of the business week. 

​The time it takes your package to get to you depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout:

USPS Priority takes 2-3 days

USPS First class takes 2-5 days

​Once your package has shipped you will receive a tracking number via the email associated with your order. If you have not received an email with tracking information within 4 business days, please check your spam/promotions folder before contacting us with any questions.

Free shipping applies to orders $50 or more before tax and after any discount code or sale price is applied. In most cases, packages will be sent using USPS First Class shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Risk of Loss: 

All orders are packaged discreetly, come with a standard "Notice to Law Enforcement" with flower orders and details on how to confirm the test results for our products.  We DO NOT include a bill of lading or an invoice inside the package. Reggie & Drō is not responsible for any order that is stolen outside the customers' address, lost in transit, not delivered or seized. The risk of loss and title for any items you purchase from us pass to you upon our delivery to a carrier. For any inquiries, once your package/items are with the carrier please contact the carrier directly. 

Contact USPS by calling 800-ASK-USPS and they are usually able to locate the package. 

Can I make a change to my order after purchase?

We are unable to make changes to an order after it has been processed. This helps us avoid errors in the fulfillment process, as we strive to provide the highest quality service for our customers. We appreciate your understanding.

What is the order cancelation policy?

We try to be as accommodating as possible with cancellations. Please email jesseniesen@gmail.com to let us know if you need to cancel an order. We will always do our best to make it happen. Please note that due to our quick turnaround on orders, cancellations are not guaranteed. If your order has already shipped, please contact our customer service to organize a return.
